Avanti Finance has expanded its product suite with the launch of a long-term Commercial Property Loan, giving businesses greater access to flexible funding to invest and grow.
Designed to support owner‑occupiers and investors in today’s changing market, the Commercial Property Loan provides:
- Loan terms of up to 15 years, with amortisation of up to 25 years to support long-term business strategies.
- Loan amounts of up to $4 million in Auckland and $2 million in other main centres.
- Loan-to-value (LVR) ratios of up to 70%, helping customers unlock equity or preserve capital.
Since its initial release to Avanti’s introducer network in February, the product has generated strong interest, with a growing pipeline of enquiries and applications.
Avanti is now extending this offering to advisers and commercial brokers more broadly, creating new partnership opportunities and enabling more clients to drive business growth with long-term, flexible funding solutions.

“Advisers and brokers are seeing increased demand from clients for long-term commercial property funding that supports stable, forward-looking business decisions,” said Ian Boyce, General Manager Property at Avanti Finance.
“Our Commercial Property Loan responds to that need, by giving clients the certainty and flexibility to invest, restructure and grow, while adapting to evolving market conditions.”
“It also reflects our ongoing focus on equipping introducers with a broader range of solutions. By expanding our offering, we’re enabling our introducer partners to better meet diverse client needs, backed by a pragmatic credit approach and a strong partnership model.”
The Commercial Property Loan complements Avanti’s established lending suite, which includes long- and short-term first mortgages, property development and investment loans, as well as auto, personal, asset finance, and working capital solutions.
Avanti Finance remains committed to supporting introducers and their clients with tailored lending solutions, personalised support and a digital-first experience.
