We offer four pricing tiers, with Tier 1 providing our most competitive rates for customers with the strongest credit score. A customer’s credit risk profile is assessed during the application process, and the final tier and corresponding rate will be confirmed once the assessment is complete.

Because you won’t always know what tier the customer qualifies for, we recommend submitting your applications as Tier 1. If there’s any need to change this, you’ll be notified by our lending team.

Here’s how different application stages are affected:

  • Data Captured or Lender Assessment stages
    Must be settled by Monday, 25 August 2025 to retain current pricing/tiers.
  • Approved, Conditionally Approved, Contracts Ready, Contracts Completed, Verification, Settlements On Hold, or Awaiting Settlement stages
    Must be settled by Monday, 25 August 2025 to retain current pricing/tiers.
    Or before 25 August 2025, the application will need to be re-keyed using the new pricing structure, or you can contact us to have the application moved back to Lender Assessment to select new pricing (and be re-documented if required).

This is part of simplifying our business so we can deliver our best lending solutions and experiences across all customer segments. Previously, we had three auto brands, which sometimes caused confusion and delays while introducers determined which brand was most appropriate for each deal. Now, with a single unified brand, we can serve a broader range of customers more efficiently.

Yes, Tier 1 applications will be able to be set up with structured balloon payments up to 50% (dependent on vehicle age and loan term). Structured payments are not available on Tiers 2, 3, or 4.
