At Avanti we understand that things don’t always go to plan. So if that happens, we’ll work with you to get the best possible outcome. We’ll do our best to make this process as stress free and simple as possible. We listen and work to find a solution to fit your circumstances.
If you have experienced an unforeseen event, such as injury, illness, changes to your regular income or a relationship breakdown, we may be able to help you by reducing the financial stress during this time.
If you're struggling to make your loan repayments due to the Coronavirus, please fill out this Change in Circumstance form. You will need to:
- Download the form to your computer
- Open the file using Adobe Reader (it's free)
- Fill out the form and "Save as" to save the changes to your computer
- Email the form to COVID19@avantifinance.co.nz and attach any supporting documents, such as a letter from your employer (if possible)
If you'd like to be considered for Hardship unrelated to COVID-19, please send your application in writing to hardship@avantifinance.co.nz explaining your change in circumstances along and with any other relevant information to support your application.
Hardship applications can take up to 20 working days to process. If we require further information we will be in contact with you within 10 working days.
