An update on COVID-19

Our Auckland offices are under lockdown Level 1. If you'd like to speak with us physically in the office, this may involve some additional checkin processes and social distancing protocols.
As we are considered an essential service, it's business as usual for our help lines. If you need to chat about your loan, our phone lines on 0800 808 003 are open.
HELP WITH YOUR LOAN
We know that the impact of COVID-19 may be making it difficult for our customers to meet their usual repayments on their loan. This could be due to sickness, a loss of employment or a reduction in business income.
If you're struggling to make your loan repayments due to the coronavirus, you may be eligible for up to 3 months of reduced or deferred repayments on personal loans (including car loans) and up to 6 months for home loans.
If you would prefer to download the Change in Circumstance form to complete later, you will need to:
- Download the form to your computer
- Open the file using Adobe Reader (it's free)
- Fill out the form and "Save as" to save the changes to your computer
- Email the form to COVID19@avantifinance.co.nz (or email@example.com if you have a home loan with us) and attach any supporting documents, such as a letter from your employer (if possible)
We will be in touch with you as soon as we've had an opportunity to review your form.
